Letter to
WHO
UN

To the WHO and EU as well as the delegates of all member states,

I strongly protest digital health initiative to strengthen global health security between the WHO and the EU described as: "In June 2023, WHO will take up the European Union (EU) system of digital COVID-19 certification to establish a global system that will help facilitate global mobility and protect citizens across the world from on-going and future health threats, including pandemics. This is the first building block of the WHO Global Digital Health Certification Network (GDHCN) that will develop a wide range of digital products to deliver better health for all."

I demand the immediate cessation and demand all further related activities stop immediately that are related to the digital health tyranny initiated and directed by the WHO and EU.

I reject the baseless assertion that the program is based on the principles of equity, innovation, transparency and data protection and privacy,” as alleged by Dr Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus, WHO Director-General. There is no motivation or reason to justify the statement that: “New digital health products in development aim to help people everywhere receive quality health services quickly and more effectively”.

Based on the EU Global Health Strategy and WHO Global strategy on digital health, the initiative follows the 30 November 2022 agreement between Commissioner Kyriakides and Dr Tedros to enhance strategic cooperation on global health issues.

Ii believe that the risk to my personal data is far too great with absolutely no scientific basis to intrude on my medical privacy and for that reason I strongly reject this UN program which also fails to acknowledge to health and locomotion as well as my right to freedom of choice. It will essentially create a medical apartheid in order to exercise my right to locomotion which is unacceptable under the human rights norms.

I require the DG of the WHO and EU to halt all current and further global digital health certificate type schemes directed and controlled by the WHO. The WHO has an obligation to cease and desist because the DG Tedros has repeatedly failed to respond to serious charges by Interest Of Justice including failing to respond about the lack of scientific basis for the PCR test and any Digitization of the "International Certificate of Vaccination".

Furthermore, the DG Tedros has failed to respond to the charges that these Digitization of the "International Certificate of Vaccination" schemes pose a direct threat in violation of jus cogens peremptory norms, which renders these intrusive and harmful UN programs absolutely null and without effect.

I strongly reject the UN, WHO and EU authority to execute this project which would violate my natural rights and also violate the UN ethics rules.

Respectfully,
